Refund Policy

1. Returns Window

Request a return within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, unopened, in original sealed condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or unsealed vials
• Incorrectly stored products
• Items damaged through misuse

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace or refund at no cost.

4. How to Request a Return

• Email info@elevate-genetix.co.uk with your order number
• State the reason for return
• We respond within 48 hours with instructions

5. Refund Processing

Refunds processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

6. Return Postage

Customer responsibility unless item is damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover the cost.
